Erik Wahl’s Requirements
* ALL ITEMS ARE REQUIRED BY CLIENT UNLESS NOTED.
Audio:
- 1/8” Live audio feed will need to be ran to the font of the stage for a laptop connection.
- Wireless lavaliere microphone
- and one Hand held wireless microphone
Notes:
- Please note that Erik is unable to use a hand held microphone or corded lapel mic.
- Erik should be mic’ed prior to presentation and mic should not be passed or shared
- There will be music clips from the lap top for the beginning and the end slideshow. Playing them at ample level to fill the room is a must as it drives the impact of the performance. Please DO NOT mute the computer feed until Erik is done with the entire program, there are audio levels that build up and go down. At the conclusion of his program he will speak over the audio bed music to build the finale.
- The quality of the audio is very important to the overall impact of the presentation
Video:
- Standard VGA Computer cable will need to be ran to the front of the stage to be connected into Erik’s Mac Titanium G4 powerbook. (Erik will bring the dongle)
- LCD Projector with powerful lumens is strongly recommended
Notes:
- If there is going to be a live video feed on Erik there should be a fader present to seamlessly switch between Erik and powerpoint slides.
- If there is going to be a second presentation using the VGA connection a splitter should be in place to easily switch between programs.
Painting:
- 2 cocktail style tables
- 4 glass cups low
- 2 easels for the canvas. They must be sturdy ones that cannot be easily tipped over. (metal square back flip chart easels with a lip are preferable)

- 1 roll of removable AV tape
Notes:
- Included in the flat expense fee, Erik will pre-purchase and ship all required painting supplies to arrive at the conference hotel under his own attention. Including 2 custom large canvases, oil paint, acrylic paint, primer and brushes. Client will not need to worry about paint supplies at all; Erik will pick them up upon arrival at the hotel, prime the canvases and bring them to the meeting room prior to his presentation.
