Failure is Not an Option - Keynotes in Denver

Under the theme of Failure is Not an Option -  Captain Jim Lovell and Flight Director, Gen Kranz delivered a powerful morning keynote about their dramatic experiences on the Apollo 13 spacecraft. Had the audience on the edge of their seat re-living the harrowing experience of the courage, leadership, creativity and execution it took defy the odds and bring their craft safely back to earth. The PMI audience in Denver could not get to their feet fast enough in ovation of their terrific presentation. It was a wonderful start and dove tailed perfectly into my keynote on the psychology of performance under pressure. The dynamic tension between the right and left brain modalities to create innovative ideas and then execute with clarity and purpose. Inspirational day for all including myself in sharing the stage with these two American Heros.

A Whole New Mind….

I just had the privilege to share the platform with Daniel Pink, Author of “A Whole New Mind.” Outstanding. His presentation and content rocks. A left brained interpretation of the importance of right brain thinking. I highly recommend reading his book to better understand coming trends in business and why creativity will continue to be the competitive differentiator of the future.
